Crafted in the Hills of Kalimpong, Preserved with Love
What began as frequent escapes from the bustling life of Kolkata slowly turned into something much deeper — a place that felt like home. With every winding mountain road, every mist-covered morning, every orchard bursting with seasonal fruit, we found ourselves falling more in love with the hills and the warmth of its people.
Inspired by the untouched beauty of the region and its abundance of naturally grown fruits, herbs, flowers, and spices, an idea slowly took shape in our hearts — to create something meaningful that could carry the taste and soul of Kalimpong to every table.
And so, our journey into handcrafted spreads and preserves began.
At the heart of this journey lies someone deeply cherished — the founder’s mother, whose love continues to guide us every single day.
She was more than an inspiration; she was the soul behind the recipes. With patience, passion, and an instinctive understanding of flavours, she taught us the art of preserving fruit, balancing taste, and embracing creativity in the kitchen. She showed us that food is never just food — it is memory, comfort, love, and legacy preserved in every jar.
